politician wannabees?

Election time once again here in the Philippines and there are so many politician wannabees or should i say millionaire wannabees, lol now why did i say that? Here it is for your information, a lot of trapos and wannabees filed for their candidacy this coming May 2010 elections but not all of them have the noblest intentions of creating a good government. There are those seeking to enrich themselves in a short period of time simply by getting pledges from a lot of friends who cannot refuse them, from those rich business tycoons (so many of them), from incumbent politicians whose terms of service ends aside from endorsements. Win or lose these so called sponsors will surely help them, why? A lot of Filipinos still believe in luck, what if he or she wins? Then its payback time. Sponsors pledges are in kind or in cash, but a lot of them prefers the latter and then here it comes...tons of cash pouring in, would you believe the candidate whose winning chance is a question will spend all of it in his candidacy? Of course not, what do you think of me a fool? (in his/her mind perhaps) He or she could amass millions of pesos in so short a time aside from fame, and that's a reality.
